Courtney Clark

Courtney joins the firm after many years as a litigator at two of Boston's premier law firms, Goodwin Procter LLP and Sherin and Lodgen LLP, where she assisted clients in a wide variety of practice areas, including business disputes, legal malpractice, and health law, serving as co-chair of Sherin's Health Services Industry Group. Courtney has also worked alongside in-house counsel at Fortune 500 financial services companies, spearheading fact investigation and discovery in customer arbitrations, regulatory inquiries, and complex litigation.

Courtney's practice focuses on counseling individual clients in matters ranging from contract negotiations to complex matrimonial and child custody disputes. Courtney's common-sense, compassionate approach stems from her belief that communication is key to any case or negotiation.

Courtney has handled sensitive and complicated legal issues for families as Director of the Temporary Restraining Order Project and as a member of the Advocacy for Parents & Children Clinic at Yale Law School. As an attorney, Courtney has worked with the Family Law Project of the Women's Bar Foundation of Massachusetts and the Political Asylum/Immigration Representation Project.
